Ingredients: 2 cups shredded broccoli. 2 cups shredded Brussels sprouts. 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1 teaspoon curry powder. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup chopped almonds optional, for garnish. 1/4 cup dried cranberries optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Shred the broccoli and Brussels sprouts and put them in a large bowl.
