( huge notice: i’m not totally caught up on the comics as comics are expensive and i do not have much spare income at the moment. i’m current on damian through to super sons collected issues volume one and sporadically on his other comics, and know bits and pieces beyond that through friends. so please bear with me if i don’t recognise your character or an event you reference. so i’m playing damian a few years down the line in canon. he’s still leading the teen titans, but he’s toying with taking up a name other than robin at the moment as he feels he’s too old to continue the legacy. while he’s very much the same person - poised, arrogant, often thinks himself above others - he’s also mellowed a lot. he knows how to take a joke, he feels fondly and perhaps more openly about people he cares about [looking at you, batfamily, teen titans] and he’s a touch softer, thanks to the influence of his family members. he’s taken more after his mother than his father in terms of body type; while he’s no slouch, he’s inherited her slimmer figure rather than his father’s bulk, but he’s not a twig either. all in all, this is what i’d like to see in the future for damian; someone who wishes to help and doesn’t feel he has anything to prove anymore, because he’s secure in his place in the family. he’s still an irritating little shit though, so, you know, go at him. )

WHAT HAS, changed about you?

i have: Grace remembers the enchanted forest, she remembers her father but from awaking on her trip to the island.  She believes she’s been here since she was eight years old and her father never came for her.  At first she was rebellious claiming her dad would come and rescue her but after a couple years she started accepting her life here as hers now.  She embraced her foster family and became her creative bubbly self, she’s apart of art club and loves sewing her own clothes.  She has made this island her home, because every passing year the enchanted forest becomes a more distant memory.

Plots ahoy.

So hi! I'm Ash and super happy to be here! I'm giving a little intro to my characters, hmu if you'd like plots with either of them! I'm throwing some connections out there at the same time and the 'about' interview piece.

Clark Kent (about): He who would represent 'hope'. While the strength of a Kyrptonian flows through his body, he has no clue, except that he has no problem opening pickle jars - ever. When he did his natural 'fly over the island and get back to civilization' thing, he was smacked down by said unknown force, right into the water. When he emerged, he was wearing his business suit and really just wondering 'why am I swimming like this?'. His glitch is that he can't remember being Superman. All the history and achievements are there, just buried beneath an ace reporter with glasses.He has a vague feeling that something is 'off' about him but isn't sure. I'm having him already been in town with an apartment and a job, so connections could include:

Coworkers Contacts in various 'underworld' activities Exes (he's been here a while I don't think he wouldn't date, tho wow that first time you get him in bed he doesn't stop. Ever.) Shops he frequents (coffee shop, grocer, Asian market (he likes to cook))

and

Lucifer Morningstar (about): He who would burn down Heaven itself. Yep, he's the Devil. Completely and truly, has a face to prove it. Knows who he is, but certainly isn't happy about being here rather than back in LA with his ‘detective'. Believes this whole island to be a plot of his fathers, some other 'learning experience' that he's supposed to gather. Seethes a lot when not indulging in booze and women. Connections include:

One night stands (he's not a relationship sort of guy) Coworkers Bar keeps and waitresses for Lux Researchers into the occult, he's looking for a way off this place after all Police department, he does have a way of looking at things 'differently'.

so in the Brick, none of the barricade boys have names, so i’ve decided to call him ‘léon’

but honestly only answers to ‘grantaire’ or ‘r’ ( grantaire > grand r > capital r > R )

positive traits: witty, likeable, artistic, devoted, well-read

negative traits: cynical, careless, antagonistic, lazy, addictive

he remembers fragments of his past -- he remembers his dear friends eponine, joly, bossuet, bahorel, and jehan for the most part

remembers courfeyrac, combeferre, feuilly, marius, gavroche, and montparnarsse 

everyone else is gone, including his family ( alcoholic father, dead mother, sister married and escaped the grantaire family ) but is hazy on details

enjolras is a whole other kettle of fish ??? 

he couldn’t forget his shining apollo; he remembers burning eyes and empowered speeches and blonde curls and r e d

doesn’t remember being shot side-by-side with enjolras, holding hands

the musain and the corinthe are the only locations he remembers, but there’s vague recollections of building the barricade

whilst he doesn’t remember the best places to drink in paris, he does seem to have an uncanny gift for finding them here

believes even less in the cause now. sorry apollo xx
