Curtis Lowe, or the new electronic project from NYC-based producer Conor Cook (who’s a member of VHS Collection), partners up with Ben Duffy of veteran English act Fenech-Soler on a slick and transcendental electronic track named Automatic. The coruscant pumping song is lifted from Curtis Lowe’s debut EP, Sad Bangers Vol. 1, due out on January 25th via Spotify Direct. Together, the pairing steal our hearts with their smooth, sax-infused house, enrapturing us with a heartwarming anthem whose Fenech-Soler meets RÜFÜS DU SOL vibe is drizzled with the uplifting horn opulence of Brasstracks and M83. Automatic follows on Curtis Lowe’s debut single Breaking Me, featuring Naomi Wild, which was featured on Apple Music’s Hot Tracks playlist. He's still getting used to his voice changing, and he got mad because he messed up a few bits. And when his voice cracked, he was looking and me and I smiled and so he starts to smile back and keeps smiling the rest of the song. Awww:) But over all, he did wonderful and I'm so happy he loves this kind of stuff haha.
