The AU devyat association returns. This time in the face of Faust, the Devyat Association North Section 4 Director. I decided to change their design to be more based off the canonical Devyat now that we know what they are and dressed her up in similar fashion. Instead of backpacks they'll be using dimensional boxes that have industrial tools and whatnot concealed inside.

Since at the north there's a lower risk of fires, the northern section focuses more on the demolition and rubble clearing. Of course, they don't really care about details such as whether people have evacuated the building or not. If they get a contract, they go do it.
