This gorgeous, one of a kind custom rune set was created for Chloe Elgar (channeledbychloe.com) as a birthday gift commissioned by her aunt, Ananda. For an extra special gift to her as we share a close birthday date, I made her a hand painted chest to store her runes in. As I had wanted to do something special with these wooden boxes I had been accumulating over the past few years.
This handmade resin rune set features all of my various crystals combined with clear cast dried flowers, decals, and dark colored Spanish Moss to create the look that Chloe desired. She just sent me a video of her unboxing that made my night and I highly recommend checking out her Instagram and Website!
As I continue to sell out and retire older designs moving through September, I have added this brand new Thermogenic set of Witch's Runes to my design staples in the shop! Titled 'Shadows', this variation of color changing witch's runes features a black, plum, lime green heat reactive color palette with a vibrant blue green glow effect for those looking for a darker style for their runes. Witch's Runes are generally easier to work with as it utilizes only 13 unique symbols that represent universally relatable archetypes.

I have always been the strong creative type. Growing up in St. Augustine, FL, I was surrounded by the intrigue, rich history, allure, and culturally diverse of the Oldest City which greatly influenced my writing, art, and spiritually which was elaborated on in 1994 when my father's job took my mother and I to Minnesota, Illinois, and the Panhandle, before returning back home to central FL in 2000 where I still reside, though I would love to explore the rest of the country.
St. Augustine had many Spanish influences because of the original Spanish settlements there, the Panhandle introduced me to the traditions of Voodoo & Hoodoo with the celebration of Mardi Gras which was big in the area I lived in as we were right on the border of Alabama and Louisiana. Up north, I first became introduced to Wicca as a child, which lead me to seek out a coven or those with similar interests. With all of these integrated practices and interests, I naturally became an amalgamation of them, never really defining myself with one particular label or devoting myself to any one god/goddess or doctrine. While my father's side tried to force Catholicism down my throat and my mother's side focused on traditional Southern Baptist values- My parents were not devoutly religious people and allowed me to choose my own path. However, this would cause a lot of strife in our family while my grandparents on both sides were alive, trying to persuade my parents into forcing me to confirm to their ideals. Naturally, I wasn't having it. I knew that everyone was misguided with all good intentions, but as a child, all that came of it were feelings of depression, oppression, animosity, and alienation that wouldn't resolve until I got older and understood why everything had been the way it was.
Creating through writing and art became my solitary sanctuary and I was constantly seeking out new inspiration, from mythology books to reading the Encyclopedia Brittanica during long car rides. Video games also fueled my progress as an artist and Spiritualist, surprisingly, as I began to recognize the mythos used in the storylines of my favorite RPGs which just reinforced my interest in the occult.
In 2018, I began selling my handmade one of a kind creations on second hand sites like Mercari and eBay, using the sales to continue to pursue my passion. I hadn't really looked into Etsy except to sell some of my aunt's paintings at one point, making sales once every couple of weeks on those other sites if I was lucky. I didn't start looking into Etsy until January of last year when Mercari changed their policies and raised their fees. My desire to take custom commissions and create personalized items was not really supported by Mercari, either, so it was really only a matter of time before I gravitated toward Etsy and established my shop there, focusing on handmade to order and one of a kind creations.
Every purchase supports my Craft and Crafts, gives me the ability to help others who either need a shoulder to cry on or some spiritual advice, in addition to supporting other local & small businesses like myself, with the added bonus of supporting me, a solo female business owner & artist.

I have been so busy playing catch up these past few months I've hardly had time to mess around with new concepts, but the Blessed Box has allowed me to explore some new ideas that I wanted to share. This gorgeous Abalone shell convertible color changing pendulum was just recently added to the shop! I had been experimenting with different pendulum styles for a while and wanted to go bigger than I had before using crushed Abalone shell which I personally find beautiful in pretty much everything.
Witch's Bells have been one of my other projects since Beltane along with the Banishing Oil shown below. Made using dried Rattan twigs, which seemed appropriate as the Rattan Palm is where Dragonsblood Resin preparations are extracted combined with traditional adornments of Lavender and Holly/ Mistletoe origami.
Each set of Witch's Bells is created to be totally unique, customized, and personalized. This improved Banishing Oil has actually been selling faster than I thought. I love the way the jars look simply sitting in a window sill or on your altar. I enhanced the preparation with essential oils, but you may request that they be omitted for those of you super sensitive to that kind of thing. Made the 'old fashioned' way using dried Calendula and Chrysanthemums with a bit of a twist.
Last but not least, the long awaited Fire Elemental Runes V2. I had wanted to revisit my Fire element designs for a while and I'm so glad that I did because the original just kinda..sat there. There wasn't much to it to make it as special as the Earth or Water themed sets so it desperately needed some attention. The revamped style includes the same thermogenic, fiery color changing palette with the addition of colorful holographic flames in an overlay behind each symbol. I'm not surprised that this new variation has received WAYYY more attention than the previous version.

I have been wanting to expand upon my Elemental Rune designs for a while now, but have been too busy fulfilling orders I haven't had time to do much creatively so far as new designs. I finally said 'screw it' and put aside what I had been working on to do what I had wanted to do since November.
Say 'hi' to the Water Elemental Rune set! These resin runes were made using miniature fish I had created in various colors before this project layered underneath white alcohol ink and spanish moss (seaweed) with a back layer of blue-green shimmering mica and a glossy lacquer finish that reflects light similar to the water's surface. The above photo features unpainted/unfinished tiles to allow for a better look at the actual design.
This last photo shows a few of the different paint colors I plan to offer for the Elder Fulthark symbols in the shop. As each rune set is handmade to order, they are each one of a kind, and made be personalized and customized to match whatever you desire.
You can also request the tiles be clear / engraving only if you prefer the design to be the focal point of the set. Each set includes a velvet or organza storage pouch and antique style scroll with information about your new runes and how to care for them. Includes 25 tiles- 'Odin' or blank tile as well as the Ingwaz rune are included unless requested otherwise.
This set is now available along with the Element Earth and Element Fire designs along with others in my Etsy shop. You are also encouraged to request a customized design if none of these call to you, I am always happy to manifest your dreams by my hands.

The pre-cursor to what would be the Elemental Air runes to complete my Elemental series. This custom variations of the Air set was handmade for a customer who made a special request regarding the gold stars you see in each tile with gun metal color outlining each rune symbol engraving.
