FW:FW:RE: Customer 37′s Julias
Collin,
Patricia has asked me to notify you that she is aware of your concerns. Indeed, we have been seeing an influx of letters from Customer 37 in our office, we review each of these before we send them to the Personality Sim Programming Department.
Recently, in fact, we received this short memo from him earlier this morning, I include the full text below:
Patricia,
Oh my gosh! Oh. My. Gosh.
This new Julia might be my favorite! When I invested in ‘something a little spicier’ last December, I did not expect to be as satisfied with the extra ‘heat’ your wonderful company packed into this lovely, LOVELY specimen!
There are just a few things:
1. Is there something strange about his ribs? I’m not sure if it’s just the ‘upbringing’ designed into him by your team, but it seems almost like there’s been some damage to his ribs in the past—what a BAD BOY! I love it. However, it makes him have just a few angles in bed that he just can’t do—I know your team strives for total authenticity, but I’d love the look but not the effects, if you please.
2. I wanted to see how my other current Julia interacts with him, and she is appropriately cordial to him. However, I would like it if he were much more flirtatious with my other Julias, the Model E’s, Model G’s, and the Model R’s (I don’t suppose you’d give your favorite customer a sneak peak and program him for functionality with some future Models, would you?)
3. His Personality Sim Program is a TREAT, so many languages on that lovely tongue! Such alluring accents! Such coy and such rowdy imaginings! It’s not popular to be exhibiting cultural profiles in the 77 range, at the moment, though so let’s scrub that. However, I feel a PSP with an 86 range cultural profile would be DELICIOUSLY taboo and would cap off the spice just perfectly.
We are aware of your concerns regarding the artistry of your team being compromised due to frequent PSP modifications. It is not, unfortunately, our business to answer for our customers the question of whether or not True Love springs from coping with imperfections.
Your concerns have been brought before the Ethics Council, however, to be addressed intra-departmentally. Meanwhile, please thank your team on behalf of Patricia herself, and offer these frequent missives from Customer 37 as an opportunity for them to truly challenge themselves and stretch their artistic vision. We are the best in the industry. We are the industry. And we rely on your team.
-Caleb
P.S. Also, please see to the changes Customer 37 has outlined here, I leave to you to schedule with Concepts and Research, as well as scheduling the consultation with Structure.
