What I am Thankful For...
My Boyfriend My boyfriend is obviously not my first. I wish he would be my last. Compared to the ex's he ranks far superior.... and this is not because I am biased because I am with him. My other boyfriends were some shit! I was cheated on, put through a long distance relationship (it may work for some people, but honestly... I can not do a LDR. Too hard for me. It was emotionally draining) I felt dominated (and this isn't the sexy kinky kind no I mean the kind where you feel controlled and like you can't breathe AT ALL kind) Of course those relationships had their highlights but the good can't overshadow the bad. My boyfriend is so loving, caring, and he will try his best to do everything I ask him to do. There are times where he pisses me off REAL bad, but I know he doesn't intend to make me mad. We have fought countless times. It takes a toll on the relationship to fight but thankfully they aren't the kind where you end up screaming and yelling and throwing punches. We may not be in the honeymoon stage anymore (man... do I miss the honeymoon stage...) but I still love our relationship. The whole.. pregnancy... was draining... but I am glad he was there for me. He stayed there with me, helped me every step. Never complained (well he complained once, but this was after everything happened) and just tried to comfort me as much as possible. Not many girls can say their boyfriend was that supportive. He has helped me through so much. I would probably be an emotional wreck if it weren't for him. Hell... I'm still an emotional wreck. It's a surprise he has come this far and dealt with it for so long. I applaud him. haha. I really do hope he is the one. The one I love forever, the one that I see every morning when I wake up, the one who my children call daddy, the one I can always count on when no one seems to have my back, and the one who will share things with me from now until infinity... the one i would want to share it all with and with no one else.
