"Good morning, there." Minato was walking along the wall, like he did every morning. The clouds were rolling in, but for now it was still both pleasantly warm and dry.
"It's... Sumiko, right?"

"It's... Sumiko, right?"
Her hand smoothed along her hip as she stared up at him. Thin lips twitched before she shook her head.
Kakashi sighed before getting off the ground. “What did I do now?”
Ko sat down and just stared at Kakashi not saying a word.
"Maaaaa~ Koko where have you been? I’ve been waiting here for almost an hour."

Wire twisted against his gloved palm. The ting of it as it was being pulled rang in his ears along with small shouts and scuffling steps. The trap had been set off with only minor damage to the one it was supposed to catch. The White Rabbit of Shimogakure was quick and always just out of reach, thus giving him his name. A mumbled curse left Sasuke's lips, the mask he wore protecting his face from the frozen air that whipped at them.
Leaving his work, he moved to catch up with the group. Easily, Sasuke made stride with his teammate, Sumiko Nakamaru, who was at the midpoint. "'Ko," the shortened version of her name echoed on the inside of his ANBU mask as he called. They needed a plan, and they needed one now, or else the rabbit would be down that hole and out of their grasp.

What is your biggest regret? Why is it your biggest regret?
For the next five questions my muse can not tell a lie.
(pls don’t send any more truths, these are from yesterday!)
"My biggest regret…" I have a lot of regrets.Words and shapes flash through the scarecrow’s mind that moment… but even despite the fact he was bound to tell only the truth, Kakashi could not summon any words right then, lie or not. He simply could not grasp the images and smells to force them into sounds."My team… I let down my team." comes out a few moments later, voice dusted with the slightest hint of cracks despite how calm he is. Regaining confidence again- for it’s the truth, if only half the truth, the dog nin casts his eye to the ground, all of a sudden serious. "—I regret being reckless." I regret not being enough.
Fist slightly clenched at his side, black claws digging into his palm, Kakashi raises the single dark eye without warning."Because my foolishness ended up costing the lives of everyone close to me, that’s why."

There was nothing more unflattering to her than the dark, bland attire she was required to wear when on a job. While it was not flattering to her figure, it did allow her to blend in with shadows provided by the dark sky that night. It had been a good few blocks now that she had been tailing a woman, one who she was positive was worth quite a large sum of cash.
If she managed to bring her in, she'd be rolling in well earned cash, and wouldn't need to work for at least a few weeks. While it was unlikely that the bounty in question would be roaming the streets so openly like this, she was not mistaken -- it was most definitely her.
The woman responsible for the murder of two adults, one child, and had managed to avoid arrest for nearly a year now. The recognition she would receive for accomplishing this would be well deserved - this was dangerous, and she took that into consideration as she rounded a corner, gaze trained on the woman who was now just a few paces ahead of her.
The street they had taken was empty -- not a soul was in sight, which was normal considering they were now on a backstreet, which was only lit by one dim streetlight. It was the perfect opportunity to make her move.
Gaining distance quickly, yet stealthily, she remains close to the buildings that gave her more coverage than walking in the middle of the road would. From what she could perceive, the woman was ignorant to her as she closed in on her -- moving in, an arm swiftly hooks around the woman's neck from behind, her grasp tight and leaving no room for escape.
"You've walked freely long enough now, -- I'm taking you in."
