the batman crashes through the window of the abandoned factory — no one’s been in there for years. he still didn’t know why they left it up. it should have been demolished ages ago, but it had left to rot. the joker was here - she’d brought missing children here, and he could see the outlines of them. one was sitting on a chair, tied up, and the other was nowhere to be found. he had to find the second before the joker got her hands on them.
he looks up and surveys the abandoned establishment, then moves forward to the first captive child. slicing the tape open, batman turns to shout out to the madwoman. there is nothing in this factory other than cobwebs, old paint, and toys. and the two people he was looking to find on his own.
