This is the motherly character. She can also be a love interest. Don't worry about it its normal. Her job is to dought on and worry about the other characters ESPECAILLY her love interest to no end. Thats it. Thats her whole job. This entry being so short is a testament to how nothing this character is.
She is JUST as tough as all her male counterparts. Make sure to emphasize that like being their equal is both unexpected and impressive no matter what field she works in. Always make sure she is specifically ONE OF the best at what she does, not THE best. Can't have hee being better then a man now can we. Her job is to be bossy and be a dick to the protag for most of the series. Her achievements are stated but never shown to have any actual value practically. None of her flaws should ever be taken seriously and she should not be allowed to show any emotions besides varying degrees of irritation. Finally, be sure that, despite her status, she never seems to hold any responsibility for anything. Afterall, how is the protagonist supposed to gain her begrudging respect if she does just as much???
The youngest, the little sister, the baby. This is the sweet innocent child of the group (does not actually need to be a minor to be applicable, just be treated like one). This is the character who primarily exists to give your other characters "wholesome sibling moments" and make them seem protective and likeable. Make sure those moments dont actually explore the 2 character or their relationship in any meaningful way, doing that might make her appear to have thoughts and feelings like a whole human being instead of the impossibly innocent sweet summer child you want. Most importantly, be sure to treat them as much younger then they actually are. If they are an adult treat them like a teenager, a teen then treat them like a child, a child then an actual baby, so on and so forth. No matter how much time passes or how old they get they should never visibly look older, this character is nothing without their innocents, if you made them get older their whole appeal would be gone. They must be 5 years old till the day they die.
This character is very sad. Bad things happen to this character. She will be hurt over and over, BUT WAIT! IN THE END SHE... no thats it. People will sometimes try to paint her as a symbol of strength, talk about how she remained kind despite everything, but it will always ring hollow because shes never had to try particularly hard to be that way. Her pain will be used as a source of motivation for her pears. The only time she expresses any emotion is so another character can look better by comforting her. Her tears are not her own, they only exist to show how heroic, evil, kind, or caring everyone else is. they belong to everyone except her.
Bitch. Thats it. No shes not sympathetic in any way fuck off. Shes pure evil and everything she does is too. She might not be LITERALLY evil but nothing she does will be given any sympathy even if other characters uphold the same systems or act in similar ways they are infinitely more likeable then she ever could be. Any male characters in similar positions are obviously just being manipulated by her and are poor sweet innocent babies not grown ass men with the power to make their own choices. Most importantly, while this character is allowed to be evil make sure they are not THE evil. They should not be threatening enough to be the big bad of your series and will probably end up being a secretary or smth of the like. Make sure to give her just enough responsiblity to make her hated but not so much she could ever be considered truly threatening to your main cast. That balance is very important.
They love their love interest with all their heart. Thats all. Any other character traits they had before should slowly be whittled away and replaced with their undying devotion to the one they love. Make sure this love means absoluetly nothing to their character, no it isnt obsessive and unhealthy, no it doesnt hurt them when they are rejected over and over, no it does not make them reflect on themselves and what would make them happy in any way. Their love is an undeniable constant that exists just for the sake of existing, the concept of moving on has never even been considered. This character and their undying devotion will be a great tool for exploring the target of this affection, how that character feels about them and the internal conflict they face as a result should be heavily focused on and explored to no end. Meanwhile, the other stands off to the side patiently waiting for them to make up their mind like the dog that they are or, alternatively, coming at them mercilessly over and over in a way that is supposed to be funny but nobody is laughing.
And there you have it!! Best ways to write women so that you can technically have them their but also make sure they dont overshadow your male characters in any way shape or form. Finally, though there are many options, the most important thing to remember when writing women is what man they are associated with. In any given scene make sure you are always thinking about how you can use it to show off the dude. Doing anything else would be giving her some autonomy and we cant have that now can we.
