It wasn’t as if Ross had any say in who could enter Wakanda and who otherwise couldn’t. But with his fair friendship with the king himself, the process was a lot simpler than anyone else could achieve, so that it wasn’t long before he had the ‘cargo’ loaded onto the aircraft and was on the way to the futuristic country he so occasionally missed.

MY OPINION ON …

CHARACTER IN GENERAL :    i love tess.   sigyn is super protective of tess   ,   okay   ???   honestly it takes so much creativity to come up with a personality for a literal cube   &    tess has so much personality.   there’s been great care taken in showing how she interacts with others   ,   esp loki   ,   based on how they’ve interacted with tess back when she was a cube.   she’s strong   &   gentle   &   naive but still so wise.   i love her.HOW THEY PLAY THEM :   a m a z i n g l y.   paige does a great job bringing the tesseract to life in tess.   you can tell how much paige loves tess in all the little details about her character.    her writing is wonderful   &   tess’s personality flows off the page   &   really hits you when you read it   &   that’s honestly the best thing about writing with paige.THE MUN :    paige is an actual sweetheart.   she’s a jem.   she’s so nice   &   kind   &   caring   &   oh-so positive.   she deserves all the love in the world.   she’s a fantastic writer   &   so smart   &   has done a fantastic job creating tess.

“Where did you come from?” Her voice sharper than she meant, but she had come into the keepsake room alone with the intentions to grab the cloaks she had stowed away in her bag. The ship was starting to get cold. So a random person just appearing out of nowhere--it had her just a bit on edge, not that the kids didn’t do this on a daily basis. But this wasn’t a kid, this was a young woman she didn’t recognize.

                        She’s enjoying herself, watching children hunt for colored eggs in the wide expanse of the yard, watching them waddle the little ones waddle on fat legs, and the older children point to the painted things. oh look, is that one? the true guests haven’t started arriving yet, the party being more around noon. Tess is the exception, a guest Ostara has given sanctuary in her home. The goddess smiles, pushing the mug of hot chocolate towards the other. “Figured you’d be getting up soon.” She smiles, buzzing with life, radiating with prayer. The tingling sensation that travels across her skin. A million tiny prayers that seem to give her a glow. She’s high on the feeling. “Party’s today.” She hums.

           HE IS LOOKING FOR TESS BECAUSE APPARENTLY, THERE IS A MAGIC ISSUE THAT HE NEEDS HER HELP TO FIND OUT. Somehow, she is the first fable that is capable of handling magic that comes out on his mind as trustworthy. Totekinder was experienced && very powerful but Bigby still had his doubts and he believed that she wouldn’t accept to aid him without a trade. He finds Tess in a coffee shop, after tracking her scent and Bigby approaches her by sitting right next to the fable.  ❝   Tess. Are you busy?     ❞ He goes straight to the point, as the wolf isn’t fond of small talks, at least, not when they aren’t bringing him anything that he can use to solve all the problems.
