It has an eellike appearance, with a compressed, long body and a single long dorsal fin! It is an ambush predator, remaining very still in a nearly vertical pose, quickly striking any squid or small fish that comes close! They can even leap out of water due to these ambushes.
The deep ocean is so amazing and full of endless beautiful forms. Unexplored though it may be, it is still being affected by the greed and carelessness of humanity. Tread lightly x
