Hello one and all and good evening! We hope you’re having a grand Monday and had a chance to enjoy a bit of the sunshine. So we’re coming in with a little update from the mod team and how things are going to be operating for the next few weeks. Mod Kat has decided to take a personal break away from the group, so it will be Mod Tilly and Mod Hannah running the main and group for the comings weeks until she rejoins us when she’s ready. To make things more manageable with two of us as real life starts to pick up, we’ve decided together to make a few changes so we’re able to manage both life and the group in a happy way. These are:

Acceptances will now be twice a week instead of three and be held Monday and Friday.

There will be two bios a week up until the event begins and these will come every Tuesday and Thursday.

Wednesday and Saturdays will be off days for the admin team, so there will be no admin online on the main during these two days, this simply enables the team to have a more balanced life and time for admining, rping on our own charries and time outside the group. So any questions received these days will be answered the following day. 

We have alot of fun things planned coming up this June and July and can’t wait to share it all with you. Much love! - Tilly and Hannah x

Hello one and all so we are coming in with an activity update. The mod team here at CWF are aware that 2020/2021 has been really rough for everyone as the world has been on fire sadly and we are so glad that so many of y’all are here with us within the group. As summer rolls around and things start to develop here, it is important that characters are about, that muns are using their characters and developing their story lines/getting involved. From this month, the mod team will actively be looking into everyone’s monthly activity. As unfortunately we have noticed a few characters simply being posted on just to avoid the activity check once a week; which isn’t fair to those members that are active.

We will be doing this by looking at people’s character archives and seeing what their activity for the month is like. If you have only a line of activity (one line is 8 posts) per month, we will be messaging you to access your activity and check in. As a group we should be aiming for a minimum of 3 lines per month which we will be here by encouraging and if we feel members are spread too thin with multiple characters; we will be asking them to consider dropping one to better their activity. As much as this will be applied to the members here, it will also be applied to the mod team who will be held to the same standards as everyone else to keep ourselves accountable and active as we head into an exciting time period within the group. 

So going forward each month, we will be looking at people’s archives and if they only have one line of activity we will message people individually and by that point will have until the end of the following month to improve before we ask you to drop a character. This will be an updated ruling and will be within the rules of the group. Throughout the day the mod team will be going through everyone’s archives and messaging people we feel have been slow in activity for several months to check in and see how they’re doing.
