the year is 3189 earth is an advanced utopia and no problems exist anymore everyone is happy but i am still mad about carol danvers' characterization in civil war ii

There is a big loophole in the civil war ii storyarc, Ulysses can foresee tragic events right in possible universes/realities. And guess who else can visit possible universes and realities? America Chavez. If she can open all realities/universes, can't she check to see WHICH reality those tragic events will take place? There would be less casualties and more prompt actions...

Okay. So I had to double check, but here are the facts. 

According to Tony’s research, Ulysses’ visions are not based on other realities. They are guess work, an algorithm, that his brain puts together based on a lot of energy input he gets from his world, 616.

So there it is. 

Anyhow, you do raise a very good point. America Chavez too knows the outcome of things in other realities. 

She even knows some of it by numbers. She can use it to guess when certain things or events will go down...

But we have never seen her make assumptions about it, or thinking it will always happen the same way, because she has also seen the way each world can change based on people’s free will and personal choices. 

And, in her own words, she has seen first hand where that kind of profiling can lead to. 

So, in short, she would not use other realities to confirm or deny Ulysses’ visions, and is very clearly against them being used at all. And since she’s fairly experienced in the subject, I’m willing to bet on her stand.
