Thick, dirty blonde, wild and unruly at all times no matter how much product he seems to put in it.

Not really. He generally wakes up with a mess, combs his fingers through it to get some of the nightly tangles out, maybe run some pomade through it but nothing more than that.

Sometimes. Dude knows he’s a little scruffy looking but he does try to appear presentable when the occasion calls for it (parties, church, work). He isn’t aiming for anyone to find him attractive, his main goal is just to look like a gentleman with some sense (which his wild hair usually disproves).

Aside from the whole petty theft bit, Dude is a little too gullible and easily influenced. This includes when drinking and just...very easily can give into peer pressure. He’s got a bad habit for...getting involved with bad habits. Dude gets easily addicted to anything you put in front of him, to be honest.
▸ has your muse lost anyone close to them ? how has it affected them ?
Dude has lost his father in a sense, having grown up without him even if all he did was up and leave Dude’s mother and start a life with someone else. That affected him a lot because he grew up without a good father figure (who does honestly) and he has a lot of resentment towards his father and himself because of it. He’s also lost his grandmother when he was about 15 which made him sad, of course, having been pretty close to her. Her death if anything just makes him sad and nostalgic about the good times they shared. She’s the grandmother who taught him about hunting and catching squirrels and throwing a proper right hook.
▸ what are some fond memories your muse has ?
Oh, he’s got tons! From school, from home, there were even a few memorable ones from his heists. He’d probably like to mention how he got that little scar on his cheek which was due to funny circumstances than anything too scary or bad. He was about 17 and he and a few of his buddies were messing around with slingshots, shooting rocks at a little dartboard they’ve set up on some cacti by the side of the road-- of course, as typical of teenage boys, one of them perks up and suggests they pluck buds off the cacti and shoot those at each other-- which everyone decides is a grand idea. It ends with Dude getting a small round cactus being shot at his face, thankfully only grazing his cheek instead of gouging his eyes. He felt like such a bad ass going into school with his buddies (all of who had their own battle scars from cacti as well), having people think he got into some sort of knife fight (which of course he never corrected).
▸ is it easy for your muse to kill ?
It depends on the thing being killed. He enjoys hunting and has no problem shooting dear or fowl or whatever the season allows-- people, he could never kill. Despite his, at times, rough and rowdy lifestyle, Dude is no killer and can’t even be brought to hurt anyone unless provoked, and that in itself is a pretty rare occurrence.
▸ what’s it like when your muse breaks down ?
Breakdowns are not common with Dude due to his overall relaxed attitude and general optimism towards life-- if something does bring him down enough for his world to shatter, he would turn directly to the bottle. He feels being very, very drunk and listening to Sweet Home Alabama on repeat for eight days straight is a good thing to do every once and a while-- clears the head, strengthens the soul and pretty soon you’ve lost enough brain cells to forget what you were so upset about! If you can’t remember it, it didn’t happen; that’s Dude’s motto!
▸ is your muse capable of trusting someone with their life ?
Yes, but a very strong would need to be formed for that to happen-- and that person better be someone tough as Dude’s not about to put his life in the hands of someone as scrawny as himself, that’s just bad judgement.
▸ what’s your muse like when they’re in love ?
A fool. Dude is easily influenced by pretty girls and can turn into the biggest, lovesick puppy if you let him. He’s eager to please, eager to shower in gifts, eager to whip out his banjo and serenade. Basically he is this entire video. He tries to appear as cool and suave as he can to the one he loves but more often than not, just ends up looking ridiculous.
