I am inspired by your cycling and posting about your efforts. Do you plan on continuing to cycle? I am thinking about doing it but idk if it’s too hard once you get into it. Thanks!

I was going to answer you last night but I fell asleep before I could. Mostly because cycling kicked my butt. lol

Yes, I think everyone should try something out of their comfort zone. Something they think they can’t do because its scary or too hard. The idea of sitting on a bike and pushing myself for 45 minutes straight scared the crap out of me. What if I fell off? What if I looked stupid. What if I’m the biggest person in the class? What if I can’t do it? However, I pushed myself and pushed through that fear of the unknown. Pushed away that little voice and just got up there and peddled.

It is tough. Your butt will hurt badly as will your legs but soon that fades and you are left with this clarity that other exercise never gave me. I feel stress-free after class and that feeling is amazing.

Do the research. Find a place. Try it once. Even if you hate every second of it you know you tried and can say you tried something new. Something scary to you. Something you conquered.
