Participants from years of Pilates to some who had never done it before, our heart transplant speaker who was fantastic at her first attempt it was a great morning. This brings our Pilates has Heart event into this Monday Instagram post. Our client Terri, who we honor every year with this event, said that Pilates saved her life. She had a heart transplant and came to WAP when the doctors gave her the ok. She got to move, breathe deep and focus on her body and accomplish things she didn’t think possible.
