@ltasg should Fine all riders/cyclist who rides or/and cycle across the bus stop. I have seen people alighting from bus unaware or have their glasses fogged up only to be nearly knocked down by cyclist dashing across the bus stop. We shouldn’t be expecting people to alight and step into danger hence the purpose for bus stops and the bollard at the bus stops.
