My legs run faster than my brain can think
And my eyes tell me, it’s the wrong direction
My heart is pomping over, and the
Adrenaline jumps in my veins.

What will you be planning today?
A few questions to ask and reflect on:
What am I doing today?
What have I done well?
With the things that didn't go so well, what would you do differently?
Today, its been 16 weeks since I started my cycling program. There were a few days and maybe a week or two where it was a bit fragmented due to life admin getting in the way.
Overall its been a productive, consistent and positive experience. I feel good about it and in myself. There will be a reward accordingly. I also have plans to ride the Sydney to Wollongong annual bike ride to raise money for charity.
Currently, I am furthering my research in medicine and cycling as this continues to be an interesting field and hobby. Sharing this interest with like-minded individuals and practicing it, is harder than it is. I still find my time enjoying a fresh piece of fried chicken and roast pork. The other day I binged on Oporto's bondi burgers. No shame, we need a healthy reward and the permission in being a human.
Until the next post, just do it.
