He set up the “Senate of teh Sea” to delegate the political decisions of the realm to it. He married a water witch who had divorced Mark II the strong king of Powys. Which gave him a daughter Pulina the Sorceress. He later married a noblewoman of Emlyn, sister of Lope Cockport his first adviser, who bore him a son and heir, the future Paul XIV.
Damion the Terrible of Morgannwg, The last son of the previous king of Morgannwg, he inherited poor territories where he managed to find the ancient "Tome of Power" which gave him extraordinary strength.
