Jeopardy. Here is the answer.
No. Evil wants us to believe that it is winning so that we will imagine it to have won. But love will always win so long as that is the only outcome we entertain.
Aggressive or Assertive?
A family member described me as "aggressive," citing a reason why I may have problems in the job market. It was meant to be a helpful critique, but after much thought I came to resent the idea. This article was helpful in putting together my thoughts on the matter. http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-living/stress-management/in-depth/assertive/art-20044644 I have always had an assertive personality, that for the most part I have suppressed to some degree for fear of coming off as aggressive. Now would it actually be aggressive for me to send this to said family member weeks later? Baring in mind I was silent on that remark when it was made?
This is how much I kneed you.
Cat.
Because, marketing.
Check out my hashtag, letters for my lover.

You know back in the day it used to be a grandiose, yet romantic gesture to profess your undying love in a crowded space, creating witnesses of thousands of strangers. Blasting it on the internet is not the same thing, I should say, unless it is original and planned or crafted and goes well beyond just a cheesy status update...meaning EFFORT and SACRIFICE. Otherwise, I'm not offended by you publicizing your affections, I'm just sad that what you are doing cheapens the act for others.

I'm a hippo-crat.
Homo-sapien
Something.
So sue me.
I Identify as 2 spirited or bi-gendered. For Halloween this year, I went out 2 nights with 2 different costumes, playing to both my sides. When I posted both on facebook, 50+ people liked the first picture while only 8 liked the second. Half of me knows the Rosie the Riveter get-up was really hot, and the other half was really insulted and sad for not getting the EQUAL ROYAL TREATMENT.
How's that for a quote that generally defines 1/12th of the population (hypothetically speaking).
Seriously though, there is real life context to this one.
A. I wrote it myself :)
B. Someone sassed to me because they didn't understand my point :( Like seriously? If you are Aquarian, you know that means my heart was broken.
C. So I had to sass back and now someone thinks I hate the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
D. But I learned how to spell "sclerosis" without spell check!
E. And now, I have raised more awareness of the issue with this tom foolery.
P.s. My mother. That is my connection to the issue.
