I want you to think of all the times you’ve sulked alone in your room; fallen into a depression spiral that no amount of medication could save you from. All the times you have felt anger toward someone. Ask yourself how that made you feel. Were you, happy? I do not suppose you were. You were deeply upset with yourself and everything around you. Do you truly enjoy feeling this way? Or have you turned to something else, like the bottle, to save yourself from this torture of negative human emotion?
