Our team recently stepped away from the office and headed to downtown Tulsa for a new adventure at The Xcapery, where we took on The Expedition of the Lost Gem escape room as part of a friendly team-building competition! 💎 What unfolded was an exciting relay-style challenge that put our communication, critical thinking, and collaboration to the test—along with a reminder that every detail matters when working against the clock! ⏳ It's one thing to work alongside talented people every day, but moments like this remind us just how powerful our team truly is when we unite around a common goal. The same problem-solving mindset and adaptability we brought are the very qualities that drive our success in delivering solutions for our clients every day. We recently wrapped up our 2026 Annual Ping Pong Tournament, bringing together team members from across Xceltek and Cytek for a bit of friendly competition and team building. After a series of competitive matches, Austin Miller came out on top as this year’s champion, demonstrating impressive consistency and skill throughout the tournament. 🏆 Events like these are a great reminder of the strong culture we’ve built—one that values collaboration, connection, and taking time to engage as a team outside of day-to-day work. A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped made this tournament a success, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s tournament! 🏓

We had the pleasure of welcoming two students from Indian Capital Technology Center (Stilwell, OK) for a shadow day here at Cytek and our sister company Xceltek!🙌

They spent the day getting a firsthand look at the tools and technologies cybersecurity professionals use every day — including penetration testing, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), vulnerability scanning, and compliance frameworks. Real hands-on exposure you just can’t get from a textbook.

ICTC has been preparing eastern Oklahomans for real-world careers since 1970, and it was great to show these students what working in the cybersecurity field looks like day-to-day. These two motivated students are exactly what make programs like this worth it!
