pitts headcanons cause hes underrated 😔
- loves muffins (esp blueberry and chocolate chip)
- wears those knee-high fun/patterned socks
- at least somewhere on the aro &/or ace spectrum
- loves 50s-60s music but he'll listen to anything tbh
- his best subject is physics (even though he isn't great at math or science??)
- if he could, he'd have posters all over his room
- does photography in his spare time at home, usually takes photos of nature (or meeks when he comes over)
- milk chocolate > dark chocolate
- dyslexic so he's always struggled in english (until keatings class!)
- he has four little sisters, one of them is going to henley hall during his senior year, one is 10 and then there's twins that are ~6
- his father's always considered him the 'man of the house' and expects a lot from him, only all he talks about for his sisters is them getting married (sexist much)
- the goalie for the soccer team :D
- he's super experienced at doing household stuff since he's basically the babysitter for his siblings while his parents are working, so he just does his friends' laundry without asking sometimes
- he was in the gifted class as a kid but only for math
- gets jealous of meeks sometimes cause he gets good grades and understands stuff so easily
- his dad wants him to be a lawyer but he doesn't want to since he hates arguing with people and potentially hurting them
- a horse kid through and through, he asked for one for like a year before he gave up
- he gets really clingy when he gets comfortable with someone
- loved the diary of a wimpy kid series (and graphic novels in general) as a kid (i guess the time period accurate version would be comics)
- hits his head on stuff all the time cause he forgets how tall he is
- loves classic slasher/horror films, think I know what you did last summer, scream, halloween vibes, but the moment any of it gets into psychological type horror he gets soooo creeped out he can't watch it anymore
- always gets worried he sounds too mean when he's being sarcastic (he doesn't)
- loves french fries but only when they're dipped in ketchup and ranch mixed together (kranch?) (idk bro likes his funky little food combos)
- he thinks nasa/space stuff is soooo cool, just like the concept of there being entire other planets out there
- on that note, he loves alien movies
- his favorite season is winter but like those sunny days where you can go outside and lay in the snow yknow
- unironically loves michael jackson (tries to do the moonwalk. surprisingly good at it.)
- cleans when he's stressed, meeks knows he's not feeling good when their room is spotless
- is absolutely terrified for the future
- with that, he unintentionally avoids things he doesn't want to think about (the future, neil's death, etc) but the longer he goes avoiding it the more guilty he feels so he avoids it more and etc etc
- sleepiest dude EVER omg, he would sleep in til the afternoon if he could
- however if he's woken up it'll take him a long time to go back to sleep
- has fallen down the stairs multiple times (don't tell anyone) (knox has a video that he Will use for blackmail at some point)
- usually can't get himself to cry no matter how much he wants/needs to or he feels like it'll help
- very considerate of other people, he's the type of dude to move over on the sidewalk so you can walk next to each other
- loved digging up worms as a kid and chasing people with them
- a surprisingly good drawer? (esp of like cartoon/comic things, also very realistic nature/animal drawings)
- sends reaction photos of ppl in the gc to the gc, he has an entire arsenal of them in his camera roll
- drinks energy drinks on a daily basis
- loved building forts in the woods as a kid, his idea of a good time would literally be to go out and find sticks and build a little fort together
- he would've loved wild kratts
- when he does cry, it's at a completely random time and he doesn't even notice it's happening half the time
- on that note, i dont remember what it's called but that phenomenon where you cry seeing a theatre/dance/music/etc performance- yeah he has that (definitely did Not bawl his eyes out at Neil's play btw) (its like the only time he can get himself to cry)
- if he was in a band he would either play keyboard or drums
- he was a boy scout as a kid (did that exist in the 40s/50s?)

- loves getting into Shenanigans^TM with his friends (definitely has gotten demerits for going along with charlies ideas before)
- he and meeks by themselves are the studious quiet kids, but the Moment they're put together they will not shut up 💀 (they have had to be separated multiple times bc of this)
- his grandma died when he was 10 and it was the biggest heartbreak of his life (other than neil mwhahaha) but after that his parents refused to hire a babysitter so that's when he had to start taking care of his sisters, stepping into his grandma's role yknow - never got time to properly grieve
- he has a necklace he found one day that she told him to keep, it's his prized possession and the only thing he has left of her pretty much 💔
- loves the morning but hates getting up (he forces himself to take showers in the morning tho so he can go to bed early) (he has gone to sleep at like 7-8 multiple times before)
- his oldest sister at 12 reminds him a lot of charlie and neil (he can't bear to spend time with her for a while after neil dies)):
- he also swears more when he's upset
- his favorite color is either yellow, dark blue, or lilac :D (yes very specific but he still could never decide)
- either overshares or tells nothing at all, it's a toss-up. main yapper vs quietest in the room at any given point
- very rarely writes his own poems, but when he does they're short ones, think like 3-5 lines
- avoids writing out stuff physically at all costs, he's embarrassed of his handwriting (chicken scratch, meeks is the only one that can decode it if he isn't trying really hard to make it neat) and spelling (autocorrect saves him every time) but the rest of the poets know not to bring it up
- they also try not to bring up test scores around him when it comes to english/latin/spelling stuff (again, hes dyslexic)
- meeks showed him fantastic mr fox and it is now one of his favorite movies 🙂↕️
- gets knee pain from a past soccer injury
- will literally gnaw on pens/pencils until they break, he's like a beaver
- knows how to patch up injuries really well cause of his sisters getting into shenanigans, hes basically the dps medic (rip pitts you would've loved being a pediatric nurse)
- hungriest dude ever, he would eat a pizza in one sitting if he could
- on that note, his friends know he's upset when he's not eating anything (which is usually cause he feels too sick to, like he'll throw it up if he eats anything)
- the type of guy to catch bugs and let them go instead of killing them (as he does so he will name what type of bug it is and a fun fact and why you shouldn't kill them cause they're good for the ecosystem)
