D’spinas keeps doubling down on this moon pants thing.  It’s starting to look a little phallic.  The big arms and big shoulderpads are really getting crowded, even without the moon pants this would be a tough design to pose.  And every single stage of this design has had a tail BEHIND the moon, just barely visible in the official art but totally there.  How weird.

As it seeks out and absorbs light, it increases in power. It uses its piercing appendages to skewer enemies and drain them of power.

It can attack by jabbing targets with one of the many points on its body. As it grows further, it begins to shed its protective skin, revealing the hard shell underneath that resembles a glowing crescent moon.

These nocturnal dragons have an innate desire to seek out and snuff out light. If its reflective shell shines, it may try to chase after it in a manner similar to a dog chasing its tail.
