WiP - Akuma Level 0 /Akuma Kit Sculpture - Pt 1
Somehow I was in the mood to sculpt something. I had a bunch of Cosclay in storage for another sculpture I had planned on but didn't came to start yet.
I have no idea why but I decided to make an Akuma kit/Akuma Level 0.
That thing here. Frame included. But more in my personal style. Maybe as prop later on for the Earl in photos? Or just for the fun of it, no idea.
I started by putting together some refs, sketching down the rough idea and made a dummy out of tin foil to cover with the clay.
I baked this (the clay is oven curing) before I started on details.
Maybe this will helped me a bit to imagine how it will be to work on the Level 3 Akuma, the teeth are similar.
It's also interesting how the Level 3 pick up the design of the Kits again?
Adding the helmet here. As you can see I decided to go for a very weathered/used look.
And that was the result of another time curing in the oven.
... oven beeping and me saying "OH MY AKUMA IS DONE BAKING" happened more than once.
