I think a lot of people don't mean it when they say "this band/person/whatever saved my life". Like they just say it to explain how much they love the band, when really it's not necessary to exaggerate at all. Like you can just say "that band made me smile" and it would be more than enough. Idk if this is an "unpopular opinion" or anything I just wanted to say it, thanks byee xxx

I agree! Like certain bands for me have saved my life others make me smile and I just love them alot. saying a band saved your life is so overused now that it's lost its meaning when there are people out there when a band really has saved their lives but it's so cliche now it really doesn't mean as much as it used to.

Which band member means most to you and why c: ?

Jack Barakat means the most to me because he can always make me smile and laugh no matter how I feel, he saved my life. He's replied to my tweets when I needed it the most. He told me that he knows I can stop cutting and it pains me that I haven't. With him I actually feel like he cares.
