I have very strong feelings that I cannot properly articulate so instead I choose to show you these truly amazing frames from this wonderful animation and wait patiently to see what comes next.
Though what I will say is I love the fact Kavir and Leboosh are shown together in this one. I felt bad because Leboosh didn’t get much focus in the trailer but this makes up for that.
Anyone else get teary eyed watching the Neon Odyssey music video? I liked SR: Overture, but I love Anthem more. I agree with what the Avantris team said about Overture being too much and how hard it was to take seriously, especially with characters like Chuckles. That didn’t stop me from enjoying it though, or from bawling my eyes out at the loss of the Overture crew one by one. So when Anthem came and made Overture a grand, exaggerated story, it was pretty healing in a way. Then seeing the trailer and all of the Overture crew again, especially Dandy and Kavir, it was just really emotional. I know it’s not some new canon story or anything like that, but it was like seeing characters I grew to care about being alive and well again, being ok. A weird confirmation to go with Anthem that things didn’t turn out so heartbreaking.
