Pausing hiatus for quick Q: Which do you think would be funnier? DA!Elsa lets slip a crazy idea Anna immediately disapproves of when muttering to herself (E: *humph*And you likely wouldn't like X, either... A: And what's X?), or letting idea slip when on phone with accomplice and wrongly thinking Anna's out of earshot?

Hmm… I’m going to say option B sounds funnier in my head:

Elsa: …and then I’m going to scale down this cliff, which is like 200 feet—Anna, overhearing: OH, NO SHE’S NOT!  YOU CAN FORGET IT, D, ELSA’S TAKING THAT DAY OFF!!

Or something along those lines. 😂  But both options could be made to play out pretty funny, really.

Bug, I think DA!Elsa would indeed do this, but on her off days and not in a coffee shop near her neighborhood lest she be recognized by anyone. She'd be a good couple blocks away.

Yeah, probably, and no doubt dressed as inconspicuous as possible.  (Think Thor in a hoodie.)

For, uh, reasons: who among the Org do you think would be most likely to punch machinery if it failed them? I want to say D, for the gag of Mr. Cool and Collected getting angry, but Elsa's known for a short temper... (a list of members is on my site under "DA!prompt 4" if you need it)

Hm... Normally, if this included everyone, I would say Anna. XD  But Elsa wouldn’t be a bad fit, either.  D would be funny.

Found this Fanfic Alignment list via @ultranos, and after reading, I am most CERTAINLY a Lawful Good with respect to DA!verse, to a ‘T’. It’s prob. one of the requirements of being Archivist! 😂

Also, re: “Can My Cat Eat That?” Uhh, DA!Elsa has a Serious Thing with coffee, and both sisters love chocolate. Lots. AND there’s the double whammy of Elsa’s chocolate-covered coffee stuffs… How do they keep their multiple cats away from said consumables, even if in snack cupboard or Elsa’s room, seeing as the cats are almost always everywhere?

@chooseandact - Yes, probably so! 😉  I’m also Lawful Good, or was initially.  Somewhere between Chaotic Good and Chaotic Neutral these days.

Hmm... Maybe Elsa trains them?  Considering how highly trained she is, teaching the clowder of cats they own to stay out of the cupboards, not go near the coffeepot, attack intruders, etc. shouldn’t be too hard.  Right, @frozenartscapes? 😛

(I have a fic on my to-write list, “The Watch Cat”, that would be a good fic to explore these sorts of things.  Alas, for motivation!)

Well, you know how DA!Elsa has a predisposition for falling out of trees/off roofs/etc...?  This is just an extension of that. 😂

I don't remember *exactly* in which fic(s) or headcanons a cactus was mentioned, but it was definitely more than one.  Unfortunately, I'm getting nothing in search results either here or via Google, and am as baffled as you are.  @frozenartscapes @raksha-the-demon @kalikoke @ultranos @stranger-who-writes-fiction, halp! 😵

A heads up: I edited Elsa's section in DA!prompt #4 (No, you can't prove I went through your art reposts to look for a killer dress. Coincidentally, it too is by Nyamo), so the DA!repost is "old news", as it were. Oh, and you have a random "#kristoff. olaff" as one tag.

I can guess (indeed, I see that someone did so a few hours ago), but (a) I can’t prove it’s you, and (b) I don’t really need to, because having an archive to look through is what my blog is for. 😉  (And my ‘Nyamo’ tag is very large, since I tend to re-reblog them whenever they show up on my dash, because adorable.)

That’s an interesting choice for a “killer dress”, though that recent one with Anna is definitely something I can imagine DA!Elsa wearing, if she had to dress up.  (All the same, the first one that came to my mind was this one by beanie2008, which was based on this drabble.)  Anyway, I re-reblogged the post for you.

DA! is Reality!!!

Yes, Frozen came out in 2013 at the end of the data collection, but I bet DA!Elsa’s been (ahem) “hunting” waaay before it drew mainstream female attn.

@chooseandact - Well, even though hunting and… what Elsa does are two very different things, this is still food for thought.  I’m not sure we know exactly how Elsa learned all the skills she needed for this job of hers. 😅

As for how long Elsa’s been at her job… I’d guess at least 3 years, but probably much longer.  (It’s been headcanoned somewhere that their father was also involved, so she probably learned the trade from him…)
