Both Mortimer and Vexter share the sin of Greed, which can be seen in their secondary colors of their designs. Their secondary sins, Sloth for Mort and Wrath for Vex, are more conveyed through their mannerisms rather than visuals. Mortimer is much more laid-back, softer spoken, and rather inattentive. Meanwhile, Vexter is much more easily agitated, louder, and while he doesn't enjoy doing chores or tasks, he's much more likely to just get them over with than simply ignoring the problem for later.

ANYWAY- their secondary coloring represent their different types of Greed! Mortimer's is green, resembling his obsession with financial greed. Money was really the only reason he opened his shop in the first place, and will soon reopen it again! One day- week, month, or year! Who knows? Vexter's secondary colors is gold, which ties into his more materialistic greed. Yes, he enjoys money too, but it's valuables that really catch his attention. He's a kleptomaniac, thievery lives in his brain as an instinct. He sees something he likes, he takes it without send thought! Jewelry, wallets, watches, brooches, purses, cigars; anything of value will be yoinked before HE even knows it!

It's how Vex makes any income nowadays with Mort sleeping on his own shop's repairs. It's nothing new to him, however, as he depended on pawn shops before he sold his soul, and even during! He really can't help himself!

Steddie right? But steddie where Steve is like, "yeah I'm bisexual (or just in general queer), and yeah I want to do romantical and sexual things to one of my best friends Eddie Munson.* But does he tell anyone this? No. It's just a fact that he's accepted.

This leads to, Eddie going on multiple failed dates or having relationships crash and burn and he's lamenting to Steve.

He's just been broken up with by the 4th guy in like 2 months, and he's kind of going crazy.

So Steve's listening and being generally supportive and Eddie's all broken up about the kind of shitty assholes he's been dating.

Then Steve's like, 'Yeah, I mean, they have no idea what a catch you are-'

'Thanks, Harrington, but I don't think-"

"I mean, you're funny, smart, and compassionate, if you and I were dating I'd treat you a helluva lot better than those douchebags." The last bits said through a mouth full of popcorn but Eddie gets the gist.

'Im sorry if we whAT!?'

Steve's completely missing his freak out and continues to try and catch popcorn with his mouth, "Yeah! I'd take you out to the arcade, show you off to everybody, even make a big cheesy romantic dinner cause that's that kind of guy I am. But I know I'm not exactly your type, no offense taken by the way, I'm just saying you deserve better."

Eddie's about 5 seconds from passing out when his brain suddenly clicks back on at the implication that Steve's not 'his type'.

An argument, albeit a comedic one, ensues between the two about what exactly Steve thinks his type is. Naturally Steve's first reply is, "Well douche bags apparently." To which Eddie responds, "Ha ha, IM SERIOUS!"

This leads to Eddie embarrassingly screaming, "I don't really care who it's attached to, I like cock!"

Which of course Steve has to laugh at because, "You really said that with your whole chest, huh?"

After Eddie's furious blush fades and Steve's cackling subsides, they have an actual conversation.

Eddie: I didn't think you were interested???

Steve, confused: of course I am, I'm bisexual??

Eddie, frantic: Since whEN!?!?

Steve: Forever I guess, but didn't realize until like 3 months ago.

Eddie, about to bash his head into the table: you mean we could have been kissing and going on dates this whole time!?!???

Steve: I mean I guess, I just didn't think I was your type.

Eddie, trying not to scream: well you are!!!

Steve, suddenly cheerful: great! In that case, want to catch a movie later?

Eddie, gripping the table so hard it's splintering: Yes, I would like that, thank you very much.
