Bruh.

Some songs, some bands, they just have the strongest associations in your mind.

I happened upon "Around the World" by Daft Punk this afternoon, which sent me down a Daft Punk rabbit hole. (What a BANGER of a song btw)

Anyhow, was listening to some of their discography, and man, their album, Random Access Memories, is just PEAK 2013. Sooooooo many memories came flooding back. "Get Lucky" was my song of that summer, as it was for most of the human race I think.

Anyhow, they were awesome, and I'm sad we won't be getting anymore Daft Punk (they're not dead, they just broke up in 2021). What we got though, that will live on forever, and I love it.
