He's loyal, eager-to-please, and sometimes chaotic. He has a huge heart, deep devotion to his found family (the 118 station), and a tendency to act with impulsive, big-hearted (golden retriever/dog) energy. I also believe he craves praise.

She's got a special interest in combustion engine cars, infodumping about cars on multiple occasions.

She works in the homicide department, noted as a dumping ground for cops nobody wants to be around, because of her poor social skills and uncompromising sense of justice (as in she won't "go along" with other cops' corruption).

Here's a clip of demilypyro explaining why she thinks Farah Reyes is autistic.

"She is so autistic... Like I've got a lot of headcanons about this game, Reyes being autistic is way up there.The unwavering moral code of it all, like her very strong convictions that she will not compromise at any cost. That said she's also a fucking idiot. She puts her foot in her mouth constantly. She does not have social skills. She does not recognise when she's being an idiot. The special interests, the infodumping, the swearing frankly. It's all there. Like there's a lot of different flavours of autistic but she's a very specific one that I'm very familiar with."

Any other details:

Her eyepatch is because of her cybernetic eye being oversensitive, with her brain needing to adjust to the new eye. Since it's only been a few months since she had the surgery, that's apparently still expected for people with new implants, but as more chapters come out and the timeline progresses, still needing the eyepatch might suggest she has neurological issues making it harder for her to tune out sensory information than a neurotypical person.
