what keeps your characters up at night?

For Jal, while in-game at least, it’s the thought that their own family got them into this whole mess. Could Ben possibly have known? They want to think not, but... sometimes... That and sometimes Trouble plays with their hair when they’re trying to sleep.

For David, it’s the thought of those he’s lost. Both irl and in-game. As second-in-command, people died. Those were real-life people who died while he survived, and he was supposed to protect them.

Sofia sleeps fine. She’s basically dead anyway.

Julie has nightmares, so while she does take medication to help her sleep she’s frequently startled awake.

I can’t think of anything for Laith, Shaggy, and Nova right now. I haven’t thought about them much.

resident socialite david baba is notoriously known as the bad boy son of one of the largest tech company’s ceos. 

currently employed in the company as ( ironically ) a pr specialist, david spends most of his days in back-to-back meetings. his professional demeanor is polar opposite to his public persona - and it’s gotten him out of plenty of sticky situations.

the londoner’s father relocated the hq of his company to new york recently, where david now lives in a renovated cathedral.

the public does not know, however, that david’s father has fallen ill. though his estimated lifespan is over a year, the two are keeping it close to the chest that david is likely to inherit the business and join the c-suite. 

public perception: playboy, partier, harmless fun mostly. he gets away with a lot thanks to his charm.
