Did Harrow pass a test of love?
These words that Harrow writes to Callum remind me of Aaravos’s comment to Viren: “Those who fail tests of love are simple animals.”
I like the theory that the reason Ezran can talk to animals is because he has the Earth arcanum in him, because his dad, Harrow, is part Earthblood elf, from way back when or something. Harrow does have a bird, and he seems to enjoy talking to it.
In the story Viren tells to the other kings and queens, he mentions how King Harrow supported the mission to retrieve the heart of the titan. But in Harrow’s letter above, he rejects his earlier philosophy.
I wonder if Harrow’s change of heart helped him to embrace his Earth arcanum. And if that did happen, I wonder what that might mean for his present circumstances. Would it alter the Dad Bird theory in any way?
I'm the teen that loves rock music and Apollo is the dad/grandpa that doesn't understand and doesn't know it well, but, he's very supportive and is taking me to my first show ever, just so I won't be alone.
I might be a little sad.
I'm.....the difference....
