I just keep imagining Shane watching his wife with their newborn baby and thinking about how he’s so totally in love with the both of them and it makes my heart h u r t

STOP (i literally said stop out loud) but don’t stop anon this is what I AM ABOUT RIGHT HERE. SWEET SHANE i cry. i’ve said it a hundred times but i’ll say it again. if shane had a family who loved and cared for him FOR REAL he would have been such a different man. and if he had a wife and a new baby :’) he would LOVE THEM WITH EVERYTHING HE HAD. shane would have been such a good daddy :( i mean come on rick even said in the show that shane is good w/ kids. i can’t imagine what shane would be like w/ his own little walsh babies running around :( so sweet and silly and protective :”)

"lol i read 'shane finds a baby girl' and i yelled OH NO SHANE AND BABIES really loud" LOL! Ugh, I hate myself for thinking of this because I want this so bad. Imagine a little toddler girl running to Shane, calling him "Daddy" and Shane scooping her up unto his arms. Imagine the pissed off look he'd give Daryl when Daryl accidentally scares her lol. Imagine her falling asleep in his arms by the camp fire, ughh (FF)

Shane comes home one day to your 4 year old daughter running across the back yard in a shirt he's never seen before. When your daughter notices her daddy's presence, she runs straight at him. He freezes when he reads the words printed on her shirt. "World's Best Sister" You grin widely when you see his reaction. He picks your girl up and walks up to you, placing a warm palm on your cheek. "We're really doing this again, darlin?" You just smile and place his other hand on your still flat belly.

Shane and Baby Girl Walsh on the playground going down the slide together. She sits between his legs, his arms wrapped around her little waist. She throws her hands in the air as they go down, shrieking happily. "Again, daddy!" she squeals before they even made it all the way down

haha can shane even fit on the slide?? that’s even funnier this big ol’ guy on something clearly for kids but she won’t do it unless he’s with her

You just know Shane is the goofball Dad that builds blanket forts in the living room with his kid(s) and does silly voices when he reads them stories. He'll also carry them around under his arm like a sack of potatoes while they laugh hysterically.

he’s also the dad that will teach them things - they’ll get to help dad put up the blanket fort (he may have to adjust it for them but he wants them to feel included)

After the baby is born, Shane points out when features the baby has that match you. "She has your eyes."

everything is Shane and babies and I'm hormonal as hell and crying. Gosh, he'd be such a great dad

being extra cautious holding them when they are very little

then getting brave and doing the dad thing where they toss the baby up in the air and catch them while making them giggle
