Second time figuring out hamburger buns. Made some adjustments from the last batch and I am really happy with it. Have to keep practicing and experimenting with my dough shaping.

This is an older one. Soda bread is kinda common in our house. May of the kids love it and it is pretty simple to make. Schnitzel is common in our house because Aldi sometimes sells a pretty decent one to fry up. So we experimented that night. Not bad but pork didn’t go with it as well as I had hoped.
