3 inch thick, 21 oz Ribeyes. Beautiful on the grill. Good 700 degree temp and flames and they're med rare in a few minutes on each side. Should be a good dinner tonight. My apologies to all the vegetarians and vegans that follow me, but I can say they're soy steaks or something if I need to 😂💓

Beautiful day at the pit. Made some lobsters and Filet Mignon it’s a late Valentine’s Day dinner celebration cause our weekdays are so packed. I cleaned the pit and made smoked trout for lunch while the girls played monopoly and Athena lost apparently by the picture. Saturday Night's Pit had a nice #porkshoulder indirect grilling and smoked for 8 hours. The left overs became Sunday night's dinner I sliced it up and seared them like stakes.
