Pff- not trying to be a bother, sorry.
But, wouldn't you love art that reflected your soul? Something that just.. makes you feel seen. Not in the way of being watched, but more like.. held gently by a parent.
And they're telling you, "it's okay. I understand. You should have told me sooner. Thank you for telling me, now." And it's.. the first time you've been held so lovingly. It's the first time you've almost cried in someone's arms-

Would you just listen to something that doesn't relate to you because it's happy? How do you interact with art..? I'm always looking for understanding, and then I can understand the artist behind it. And, we are in this together. We continue to create for each other, and live for each other.
....Isn't that hope, then?

"So no. I dont want art about death and body horror just because it's what I experience. I have enough of that in my day to day life."
