Hi, could you do an analysis for someone with a mountain lion (cougar, puma ) daemon please? Or what MBTI type do you think they would be? Thank you

Mountain lions, like many big cat forms, are paired with independent introverts who tend to be private and guarded, but who never hide their feelings or remain silent on issues they care about. These people generally tend to be confident, ambitious, and adaptable to change with their impressive patience. On the negative side, they can be fickle or aloof, selfish, manipulative, and very slow to trust. They’re also not afraid to use force/be harsh.

I’m not great at typing, but I’d call them INTP/ISTP or INTJ.

Pantalaimon: Does your daemon argue with you a lot?  About what?  Who’s right?

We bicker quite a bit, but not as much as we used to. I used to argue about things being wrong and them not listening to theirself on important issues, but now it's gentle bickering; me fussing about their clothes and hair, mostly. I am, naturally, always right. Even when I am wrong, I am right.

Cerebaton: Do you think your daemon is smarter than you?

This one is a curious one. I believe I have a better memory, but I believe that our 'intelligence' is less like two discrete things, and more like a resource that we are able to tap into two different sides of. Fenn is witty, artistically intelligent, and has a head for science when they aren't being hard on theirself. My talents lie in grammar, structure, and mathematical concepts. It is somewhat of a left brain right brain situation, I suppose. There are other differences, but I am adamant they are not an issue with intelligence. I am better at coming up with what we are doing for the day, because I simply have a head for planning, not because Fenn is dumb. ]

Sorry if this has been asked already, but what do you think a person with a bearded vulture daemon would be like?

Bearded vulture/lammergeier people are private and patient people. They’re close-bonding but not very demonstrative - not the type to be affectionate or expressive. They’re definitely assertive, not anxious or timid. They have a self-conscious streak though, especially when it comes to their work, which they’re very defensive of. They’re efficient and proactive workers, and can get single-minded to the point of obsession.

hi!! what're your thoughts on possum and spotted seal daemons?

I’m assuming you mean virginia opossums, these guys?

Opossums are very adaptable, opportunistic, and curious people. They’re not very ambitious and have a laid-back attitude to life. Despite this, they’re highly sensitive and probably have problems with stress/anxiety. They’re independent and not very loyal, but don’t mind being around others every once in a while.

Spotted seals would be more loyal than other seals. I’d call them ambiverts, comfortable by themselves or in gregarious groups. However, they’re only comfortable if these groups are familiar to them. With strangers they are reserved/shy, private, wary, even a little anxious. They’re very conflict-avoidant and change-avoidant as a result. They also can have an altruistic streak.

Any thoughts on field mouse daemons?

Wood mice/field mice (Apodemus sylvaticus) are ambiverted and independent people, who are probably the type to be concerned about their social status. They’re hard working and cooperative, ambitious and determined when it comes to their work. They’re very thorough and have a competitive side, and they’re not afraid to use manipulation to achieve their goals. These are intuitive and adaptable sorts. They also can be the anxious type.

What would the traits of a person with a side-striped jackal dæmon be?

Side striped jackals are loyal, close-bonding, and dutiful ambiverts. They’re adaptable and opportunistic, and they have a lazy streak and will cut corners if they need to. These people are very expressive/vocal, and have a shy/sensitive side. They can also be defensive, but not in an aggressive way.

Could you do an in depth wolf analysis? Would this be a good form for somebody who is self conscious or anxious (although this is a result of anxiety disorder and gender dysphoria, so I'm not sure if it hugely counts)

While wolves are validation seeking and conflict-avoidant, they’re also quite assertive and confident (especially with the back-up of their group). Maybe look at jackals for more sensitive/anxious canids?

What kind of person would have a leech deamon? Like traits that are shared by all species of leeches and then what specifics traits the European medicinal leech have. (Unless leeches are a non-viable form?)

Hmmmmm that’s a tough one. The most I can get from them is non-expressive, intuitive, single-minded, and low-energy/need a long time to work on things. I’d tentatively say they’re non-viable in analytic terms.
