hey babe!! (sorry btw i mostly use mobile now so i had to wait and answer this when i got on my laptop lol) long time no speak tho!! i hope you’re doing well. i love all your witchy posts, i see them on my dash all the time.

12) your weaknesses as an author

god just getting started is a burden lol once i get going i’m fine but then–i get bored. i want things to just start happening. and then i throw my pacing off and i just get discouraged.

i either don’t take enough planning or i get completely anal about doing things exactly in order (i blame that more on my mental health than anything, i have trouble focusing lol).

i’m really bad at finishing things though. i’m sure a lot of my past readers can agree with me lol and i’m really sorry that i stopped writing stoki. sometimes i pick it back up but really it just sits in my computer folders.

15) why did you start writing?

well originally i wanted to write my own comics/manga but i was thirteen and impatient and couldn’t figure out a good way to do that. so i kept drawing but i started writing my storylines as actual novels instead. then i got into writing fanfiction actually and i did that for–god, a really long time.

(once again sorry stoki fans lol)

17) if you could give your fledgling author self any advice, what would it be?

to just take a deep breath. stop rushing. build it up. things aren’t always going to work out the way they’re planned and sometimes that’s good. sometimes that’s bad. definitely find a beta reader though. i’m actually working on an original story now and my beta (editor lol) is fucking amazing i love her to death.
