well they're saying it upends a bunch of stuff in neoclassical, so it's not drivel or anything, just that's it's from the perspective of reviving social democracy out of the (accurate imo for the former) fear that rentiers are gonna kill everybody/consume capitalism if we don't euthanize them. a return to keynesianism i guess.
