Cirnos' pose is based on whatever this gay thing Sayaka is doing during her conversation with Homura in rebellion. I personally ship kyosaya, but Daiyousei simply does not fit Kyoko's personality at all… So she goes to Madoka.

Also I don't actually headcanon Cirno as 29 I think she and Daiyousei are early 20s. I just thought it'd be funny if a 9 was in her age.
