A new level and concept in cryptolangs.
The vowels are encoded per their numeral position in the word; First vowel is changed into the 1st row, second - 2nd row, et cetera.
Name of the cryptolang is self-encoded "Macedonian" because it has 5 vowels: Enough to demonstrate the mechanic.
Highly interesting concept, to me. Diacritics optional.
Good day, and welcome to the Cryptolangs Guy blog.
Here I will be posting daily cryptolangs, some of which I already came up with, some made up on the spot.
A quick FAQ:
What does "cryptolang" mean? Cryptolangs are the perfect middle between conlangs and ciphers. They are tools which can be used to encode text, hide it's meaning but keep it pronounceable.
How do I read those strings of letters you post? The strings of letters are the cryptolang rulestrings, where every letter is replaced by the one standing to the right. Sure enough, I can't explain everything here, so you can read about the CDS (Cryptolangs Documentation Standard) on the Reddit community here (pt1) and here (pt2).
Why would I need cryptolangs? Sure enough, they are a useful tool even if they don't look as such at first. They are a perfect replacement for conlangs if you want to include foreign languages in your works but don't want to spend time and resources on an elaborate conlang.
To demonstrate how each cryptolang works, this sentence will be used as an example:
I tell you "sphinx of black quartz, judge my vow" as the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.
Occasionally, other sentences, or variations of the original one might be used to demonstrate the way one given cryptolang works.
All my posts will be tagged with #daily cryptolangs, for your convenience. As well, each post will have the name of the cryptolang in the tags formatted like this: #cl <cryptolang name>, if some complex cryptolang demands the usage of some other, simpler one.
Good cryptolanging!
