“A lot of my strength comes from years of battling! I had to be strong, so my trainer did everything he could to make sure I was strong. Hmmm.” He tilted his head, arms crossed “If you know how to swim, swimming is a great way to build muscle, and endurance. Otherwise, maybe start small, lift weights, don’t over exert yourself.  I’ve learned from experience that hurting yourself by pushing too hard can be pretty painful and tends to set you back.” “I hope those tips are good enough. I’m not too good at giving advice!”
