Cold, but still amazing. My hat only flew off once today when I was walking though the faire. Seeing @fairetreasures dancing during the parade always brightens my day =^.^= . . . Getting fitted for Son of Sandlar boots today was amazing. I've wanted a pair ever since I first came to Sherwood, and now I'll finally get some of my own! It'll be a bit to pay them off, but well worth it. . . . Redo for season change on our calendar at home. All I had left for washi tape was Halloween and kitties since I didn't want to get out in the rain to get more. . . . I also sold off my old car today! Sent it to the scrap heap. Learned the lesson to never let someone borrow a vehicle. Even though I wasn't ever going to drive it again, and they needed a car while getting theirs fixed, I still shouldn't have received my car back in the state it was in. Backseat was totally trashed due to battery acid. After they parked it all wonky in the driveway, it wouldn't start, so we couldn't move it and there are now deep ruts in the grass. The homeowners association is gonna have a field day with us at some point. Thankfully, they haven't tried to talk to me since the whole thing happened. Witchy wallet made just in time! Five days before @mr.conquistadork and I start our long drive. . . . Shoulder hugging goodness. Knit sweater dress with an overlay that can scrunch up on the sides. Lettuce hemming done with my serger and additional designs done on my embroidery machine. At some point I'll get better pictures so I can feature this in my shop. . . . I'm almost a week away from my trip to see all my friends and family in the Texas panhandle! It's so surreal for me to be going back for a week. People and places I haven't laid eyes on in a year and a half, yet it feels like yesterday was the last time we hung out.
