coffee w/ 2 milk, 2 sugar

Lunch:

coffee w/ 2 milk, 2 sugar

Dinner:

[HALF OF] Tim Horton's Real Fruit Smoothie/Mango Pineapple

Drinks:

apple cinnamon chamomile tea

LOTS OF WATER!!!

I'm pretty proud of myself today and I'm not even hungry! I checked my weight and I've lost 5 pounds in just a week, hopefully it's not just water weight.

Lunch:

coffee w/ 2 milk, 2 sugar

Dinner:

fried spaghetti and a slice of garlic bread

Drinks:

2 large waterbottles (with water)

one raspberry pomegranate tea

Tomorrow I will do better; I will only consume coffee, water and tea. As well, I am trying to decrease my additives (ie. sugar and milk) in my hot beverages.

Breakfast: Coffee 2 slices of 15 grain bread Butter 2 large brown eggs 1 slice of American cheese Lunch: White rice Pinto beans (boiled, salted, cooked) French fries (16 pieces) Broccoli Spinach Tomato slices Green onion Garlic flakes Olive oil drizzled on top and baked in the oven :) Snack: Coffee 2 medium bananas Water intake: 5 cups
