We all have stuff DAILY that can throw us into shitty mood spiral for the entire day. 💥STOP FOCUSING ON THAT STUFF!!! 💥

Instead, find something (ANYTHING) that makes you happy, Focus on that happy thing. 🐶 👶 🌸

When  you feel yourself start to get into that negative space, walk away from it and go focus on that happy thing (even for 5 minutes).  

Do everyday this week, and then at the end of the week, see how you're feeling.
