Ok I've had some time to think about it and here are my official predictions for what will end up being the canon couples at the end of Boruto (if any):
Sarada + Boruto: This one is obvious to me. Since the moment I learned that Sasuke had a daughter and not a son, I knew she was going to end up with Boruto so that there could be an Uzumaki/Uchiha baby.
Inojin + Himawari: I meaaaaan he lowkey almost died in order to save her soooo that's probably where the writers are going with this one.
Shikadai + Mirai: So obviously this one would be "poetic" since Mirai is Shikamaru's dead sensei's kid. Also because he swore to protect her and kind of already sees her as a daughter so it would be easy for her to become a daughter-in-law. She's also 3 years older than Dai and is typically pretty harsh/hard on him which aligns with the ShikaTema dynamic.
Chocho + Mitsuki: I actually think this one is kinda cute particularly because Chocho is super flirty with most boys her age but the first time Mitsuki was introduced she claimed he "Wasn't her type". Later on in the Chocho arc, Mitsuki is the one to get through to her and convince her to be true to herself.
Iwabe + Wasabi: Ok I know no one is gonna care about this one, but that fight they had in the chunin exams? There's something to this one.
Shinki + Being a single father: I doubt they will pair him with anyone, especially now that Yodo is {redacted}. He will likely follow in Gaara's footsteps.
