"You're not dying, you have a small fever." Daisy gives you a look, almost managing to hide the upwards curl of her lips.
“I’m dying,” you moan, dramatically draped across your shared bed. “My body hurts and everything feels hot.”’
She huffs and leaves her computer to tug on your shirt. “Come on. Up. You’re hurting because you’re still wearing your binder.”
You sit up, grumbling the whole way. “I am not. That’s a totally unrelated issue.”
You let her help take it off anyway, grateful for the way she immediately grabs a new shirt and slips it on you.
You flop back against the bed, huffing in discomfort. But you have to admit, it did help with the pain. You’re not telling her that, though.
You roll onto your side and gaze at her. “I’m tired.”
“So sleep.” She affectionately flicks your forehead.
“But I’ll be lonely without you.” You pout, a bout of shivers running through you. You burrow under the blankets, covering your head. It only helps a little.
Daisy says something, but you can’t quite make it out.
“What?”
She lifts the blankets. “I said, can I keep you company while you sleep? I can move my computer so you won’t be lonely.”
You don’t hesitate, not even for a moment. “Yes!”
You scoot over, making room for her. She gives you a shrewd look. “This was your plan all along, wasn’t it?”
You give her a grin. “Maybe. It worked, didn’t it?”
She sighs and grabs her computer. “Cheeky little bastard. You’re lucky I love you so much.”
Your grin only widens. She gets comfortable next to you on the bed and you snuggle into her, tangling your legs with hers. “I am lucky. I snagged the most badass woman in all of SHIELD.”
Daisy laughs and leans down to kiss your forehead. “Oh? You think I’m badass?”
You lean up to catch her lips with yours. “Always.”
Description: Y/N struggles with her self-worth and has always looked up to Daisy for her strength and is always by her side. When the two get hurt on a mission, Y/N hides her pain and gets Daisy to help first, but Daisy knows something is wrong.
For as long as you can remember, you have always wanted to be like Daisy. She was the shining light in your life and the one you always looked up to. She was strong and fearless, whereas you were the opposite, which always buried your self-worth. You would run and hide whenever the slightest problem arose; Daisy, however, would run at it head first, and that is what you have always admired about her. At one point, you made a conscious decision to change. You decided that enough was enough and would make something of yourself, so you followed Daisy's footsteps and joined S.H.I.E.L.D.
You stuck to Daisy's side throughout your training missions, analysing her every move and trying to memorise it to be the best you can be. You eventually joined her in the field for actual missions as her partner. The mission you were going on was like any other, sneak in for recon, plant some bugs and sneak back out. Your legs were shaking as you got closer to your destination. A warm hand was placed on your leg, and it immediately stopped as you looked over at Daisy. "It's going to be fine; we've done this so many times. It's just a simple mission, Y/N." A smile spread across your lips, and you nodded in agreement, but the anxiety was still there, a silent companion in your body.
The jet landed outside the building, and you and Daisy. It seemed abandoned, with the windows blanketed with darkness, but you knew better. With a nod to Daisy, you swung open the door and headed inside. Guns were at the ready, and you both silently walked around the building, but it seemed as though nobody was home. "We were lucky this time, Daisy. Let's go before they come back." Daisy chuckled as she placed the last bug underneath a side table. "Alright, c'mon, sis."
Just as you both turned, a swarm of guards approached you from nowhere and erupted into firepower. Both of you rolled out of the way and down the next corridor. You felt a slight stinging in your side and looked down; blood was seeping through your uniform after a bullet had grazed your side. You pushed down the pain and carried on running with Daisy. She turned and began shooting back, getting most of her shots on target. A scream echoed through the corridor as Daisy fell to the floor. "We need emergency evac, NOW!" You shouted through your comms before leaning over to drag Daisy out of danger. Your eyes widened as you noticed the bullet embedded into her side. "We need to get you out of here, now." You groaned and winced as you stood up with Daisy and felt the bullet graze a tear wider in your side. Daisy looked at you with concern, her eyebrows knitted together. "Y/N, are you alright?" You nodded silently and slowly walked down the corridor, keeping out of sight by keeping to the sides. An explosion blew open a wall further up the corridor, and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents piled inside. You handed Daisy over to safety first, ensuring she was alright before returning inside. "Y/N, please be careful in there. You've come so far; I'm proud of you." You smiled widely at her before rejoining the fight.
You entered the building and began shooting at the enemies approaching you. You were getting every shot until the edges of your vision began to darken. The shots became sporadic and eventually stopped when you collapsed on the floor.
You groaned as you heard monitors beeping in the back of your head. Slowly opening your eyes, you were met with a bright light and a worried sister sitting beside you in the medical wing of S.H.I.E.L.D. "W-what happened? My head hurts like hell and - ow!" You moved slightly, and a sharp stabbing pain erupted in your side, which allowed your memory to come back to you. "Ah, that's what happened." You slowly sat up and loosely hugged Daisy, kissing her face. "Don't get me wrong, Y/N, I'm so happy you're okay, but why would you go back there knowing you were hurt? You could have died!" You looked down in embarrassment and twiddled your thumbs. "I-I thought I could do it! I was so close, but I had to fumble that up, too, just like I do everything. You would have been able to do it, Daisy, but not me. You can do everything, and I'm just...."
A stray tear fell down your cheek as your feelings poured out. Daisy sat there and listened to everything while rubbing soothing circles into your hand. "Y/N, you have come so far from the person you used to be. You need to cut yourself some slack. You're one of the best agents I know, nearly as good as me, but you must take care of yourself. I knew there was something wrong back there, but I just assumed it was sore muscles or something, not that you'd been hurt by a bullet! Please don't hide those things from me. I want to be able to help you, too."
You nodded in understanding. "Alright, Daisy, I promise."
midnight snacks | Daisy Johnson x fem!reader | fluff
"Baby?" Your tired voice makes Daisy spin around from where she stood. You squinted in the dark as you made out the silhouette of your girlfriend. She was in the kitchen, wearing an old Van Halen shirt that none of you know where it came from, eating snacks at 2:15 am.
Daisy looks at you with wide eyes like a deer in headlights. "Hey, babe," She says as innocently as she can as if she wasn't already caught red-handed. "What are you doing awake?" "I can as you the same question." You cross your arms with a smile.
Daisy finally sighs and looks at you. "I got hungry." "I can see." You step closer to her and look at what she's munching on. Leftover fries, a brownie, and bacon. "Interesting selection." You giggle softly as you take a fry and put it in your mouth. Daisy rests her head on your shoulder blade.
"You should head to bed. It's late." You turn your head to face her. Daisy just pouts before kissing your lips softly. "I'm not tired." "Sure." She places her hands on her hips as you say that. "Seriously! I'm not." You look over at her and raise an eyebrow. "You say that all the time but you practically pass out every time you go to bed."
Daisy huffs softly and pouts. "Dais." "What?" "Don't make this harder than it has to be." She looks at you and sighs. "Fine. But only because I love you." You roll your eyes playfully and put away the food Daisy had been eating. You wrap an arm around her shoulder and kiss the side of her head.
Just as you predicted, Daisy lay on the bed for a few minutes and was completely knocked out. You get in next to her and feel her arms pull you in, her body warm and her hold strong. You smile and kiss her cheek once again before getting the rest you both needed.
If possible could you do a Daisy Johnson x Wife Reader where reader is a extremely feared assassin and is Daisy's Secret Wife and when reader learns Daisy had been severely wounded and is in a coma and reader immediately runs to Daisy's side and end up getting caught by Daisy's Team while holding Daisy's Hand and see the matching wedding rings. (Sorry if this request is so long)
Assassins Love
Daisy Johnson x Wife!Assassin!Reader
It hurt having to see her like this. Her lifeless hand barely gripping onto yours as silent prays and hopes floated in your head. When you got the news about your wife’s injury you knew you had to see her, both hers and your agreement to never tell anyone suddenly felt like a few meaningless words. Although it would definitely come with consequences, you didn’t care in the moment, all you cared for it your wife.
Her hospital room was one you couldn’t get easily into, but you being an assassin and all, you found a way so that people wouldn’t notice. Tears welded in your eyes when you saw the state she was in, tubes coming in and out of her monitoring her stats 24/7.
“Get away from her.” Coulson. You met him- well, fought it a couple of times. He ignored the fact there were tears in your eyes, hand intact with Daisy’s as you leaned on her bed. When you didn’t he reached for his gun, only to scan the scene in front of him.
Her hands, your eyes, the rings.
“You’re her wife.” He said quite calmly, taking his hand off his gun. It all made sense. Why Daisy would keep on distracting them away from you. Why you’d never be at the hideouts when planned. She was protecting you, protecting her wife from them. “Well shit.”
I have a Daisy Johnson x reader request, if you're taking them.
Daisy dating a twitch streamer/gamer and walking in on her streaming. Daisy sitting on her lap, and reader continues on with the stream.
it started when daisy "accidentally" ( that's what she claims ) walked into your room mid stream. you haven't announced your relationship yet so you knew once daisy walked into the room that night you two would be getting a lecture from coulson once he found out.
you were sitting at your desk in your house. it was a separate room from your bedroom so your personal life could be separated from your stream.
daisy had just arrived from a mission. you ate dinner together and watched a movie cuddled up until daisy fell asleep. you told her you needed to stream that night but she insisted you stayed until she fell asleep.
it was two hours later, you were getting ready to join a new match of rocket league when you heard your door open.
a sleepy daisy walked in. she had a hoodie of yours that fell to her mid thigh and had to fold the sleeves so they wouldn't get in the way, you weren't sure if she was wearing panties or not, her hair was flipped to one side of her head gorgeously and she had a packet of cookies in her hand.
"daise.." you said, not trying to catch the attention of the chat but trying to signal to daisy that you were streaming.
but, she looked like she didn't care. she walked over to you and pulled your rolling chair back so she could sit on your lap.
the comments were coming in so quickly you couldn't focus on one. "we'll deal with it later" daisy said.
for the duration of that stream, daisy was on your lap. she finished her cookies but was also hand feed some to you during the game. she would watch you play and comment whenever you did well.
"nice score babe"
you would kiss her head and go back to playing with the ghost of a smile on your face.
it was now becoming more common to have daisy mentioned in your chat, even when you were streaming with your friends.
"yeah y/n, where's flowers at?", they would tease you.
more than half of the time, daisy would be on mission or at the base helping coulson and may. sometimes, daisy would actually be at your place. she would get all cuddled up in your lap and fall asleep. the chat would find you two adorable, your concentration on the game mixed with daisy sleeping on your lap make everyone swoon.
daisy would help you sometimes when you would play apex legends.
"no you're not doing it right, gimmie"
she would take over. that's the thing that pulled you to her.
she loved computers and was immensely competitive. you would grab her hips and move her so she can sit up better to help her play better. you then rested your head on her shoulder and wrapped your arms around her waist, sometimes kissing behind her ear.

Pairing: Skye | Daisy Johnson / Grant Ward
Summary: What could possibly happen when Skye and Ward are undercover as a married couple for weeks on end and forced to share a bed while pretending they don’t have feelings for each other? Or the one in which I try to fit in as many tropes as possible.
I honestly don’t have the words for this, other than bloody brilliant! I loved it start to finish, it’s the Grant I wanted him to be, happy with Skye, a bit of an idiot because he doesn’t know what it means to have someone love him, and Skye is just the same.
The circumstances were great, the tonnes of tropes that found its way in there, the whole thing was just marvellous.
