Elijah smiled lightly as she nudged him “Okay, hopefully you like it but I just don’t want you to get your hopes up. This” he said holding up the gift Daisy had gotten him “is an incredibly thoughtful gift and I appreciate it, and you so much. I’m honestly so lucky to have you in my life.” Eli said affectionately as he wrapped an arm around Daisy and pulled her in close.
"I'm sure I will love it." Daisy smiled, looking over at him as he held up her gift. "It's easy to do nice things for someone that deserves it." She promised, leaning into him as he wrapped his arm around her. "Trust me, I really feel the same way." She nodded, smiling before sitting up straight again so she could open the present from him. She smiled as she opened it before looking at him. "You thought there was a chance I wouldn't like this? I love it. It's perfect."
